Ryan Anderson hit 318 lbs before illness to his wife resulted in the beginning of his amazing weight-loss story. He progressed from walking to running, attending a special health clinic organised by his employers.
Processed foods were cut out of his diet and he’d exercise for an hour each day. He lost 18 lbs in 18 days, and hit the century in just five months.
Now Ryan has run his first marathon, so what’s the secret? “My biggest tip is do something every day. If you aren’t feeling up to a tough workout just get out and walk”, he said.
