  I think Pai Gow poker is great! It is fun and it requites both skills and luck so it suit is me and all my friends. We are playing online and go with small bets for now but who knows

  Pai Gow Poker is my favorite Internet game, though it is only played against the online casino and not against other players. Still is fun, as you will need more than just good chance. When I as a beginner I practiced a lot with the free games and it was worth it.

Pai Gow Poker is based on the ancient Chinese game of Pai Gow. Pai Gow was played with dominoes, but when immigrants from China attempted to teach Americans the game, it was modified and merged with Poker. So, rather than being played with dominoes, it was played with cards. It soon moved into American casinos, and has recently made the leap to the Internet, where it's quickly growing in popularity. Online Pai Gow Poker is played with a deck of 53 cards, including a Joker, which is used as a wild card. The game is played against the dealer, and each game can have a maximum of 6 players. The objective is to form 2 hands of cards which rank higher than the dealer's. The hands are ranked in the same order as in traditional Poker. The dealer deals everyone, including himself, 7 cards. Each player then forms two hands, one of 2 cards and one of 5. If the player wins with both hands against the dealer, the player's payout is equal to the size of his wager, minus 5% commission on any winnings. If the dealer wins with both hands, the house gets the bet. If the dealer wins with only one hand, the player gets his wager back. Pai Gow Poker's unique play makes it a favorite with those hoping to stretch out their bankroll.
