Thanks for detailed note on the benefits of cherry. In India, the quality of this fruit is not so good and the size too is small. Moreover it is available only for a month starting middle of May to nearly June end. Its quality and availability in USA is appreciable and I take daily 15-20 pieces of cherry in my fruit breakfast. It gives me relief in arthritis and keeps my psoriasis under control but sometimes it upsets my stomach.Can you suggest something to combat it?

If the cherry upsets your stomach it’s probably because of the fiber content which can upset people who have irritable bowel syndrome. Balancing it with some fats and perhaps eggs might be a good idea.
