Ken Stewart set a goal of losing 30 Lbs in 30 days by eating six small meals each day and having just 3 cardiovascular workouts each week.
His discipline was inspiring as the first 18 lBs came off quite easily. But highly motivated, he worked at it introducing weights into his exercise routine. His initial 245 lB frame decreased as he targeted a body building competition, eventually coming second.
His cardio and weight-lifting work slightly increased with the New York Hercules Championships on the horizon. Ken triumphed to become a WNBF bodybuilder. From weight-loss to re-moulding his body was a truly wondrous journey.
