New Year’s Day 2011 was a red letter day for ‘Divaslimsdown’, who realised just how big she really was. Four months later she still weighed 341 lbs, despite cutting down on soda, drinking more water and making healthier food choices.


She began to work out and could slowly feel her own weight-loss programme taking shape. Inspired and highly motivated she lost 100.4 lbs in just 22 weeks, and the weight continues to disappear proving anyone can keep things going if they really have the will power and discipline.
