  1. “…and it doesn’t have many carbs either with only two grams per serving.”

“Yes this is blood sugar friendly and an average serving will contain around 8 grams of carbohydrates”

So, does it have 2 grams or 8 grams of carbs?

    • Bones

Yes well spotted. I have edited the article to correct the error. Thank you.

  2. Homemade almond milk contains manganese, vitamin E, magnesium, tryptophan, copper, vitamin B2, and phosphorus. Almonds do not contain significant amounts of vitamin D or vitamin A. Commercially produced almond milk has to add vitamins so consumers will think it is more comparable to (or a good substitute for) cows’ milk. An example would be Whole Foods 365 Organic Almond Milk which contains vitaminn A palmitate, ergocalciferol (vitamin D2), Dl-alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) and calcium in the form of tricalcium phosphate. Commercially produces almond milk also has emulsifiers and often sugar.
